Lottery Applications


Lottery Form 2016-17


Applications are available from January 12, 2016 – April 8, 2016.

Applications are due to the Front Office on Friday, April 8, 2016 before 4:30 p.m.

Lottery applicants are strongly encouraged to hand-deliver their completed applications to the front office during its normal business hours (7:30-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday).

On the day of the lottery drawing a priority waiting list will be established by grade level. Being on the list does not guarantee admittance to Justice Street Academy Charter School. The number of available seats in each grade level may not be determined until after the start of school. Once the number of seats is determined, enrollment offers will be made.

Those selected will be notified by phone and email. Offers must be accepted within three days and the enrollment packet must be returned within one week of the phone call in order to secure enrollment in Justice Street Academy Charter School.

The lottery drawing will be held on: Friday, April 15, 2016
10:00 a.m.
Justice Street Academy Charter School Auditorium

Families will be able to observe the lottery in person, but do not need to be present to be placed on the list.


  1. Hello I wanted to ask when will there be another lottery draw?

    • We are done for the year- however you can definitely check back after the first few weeks of school to see if there are any openings. Another option would be to apply again in the spring of 2016, many families transfer in during first through fifth grade. Thanks and let us know if you have any other questions.
