18th Annual Fall Festival – Sunday, November 6, 2011

The 18th Annual Justice Street School PTA Fall Festival will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2011 from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm. This is our PTA’s largest fundraiser of the year, and it’s a LOT of fun!

PRE-SALE TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS OFFER SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNTS!

For the best value, order your tickets and wristbands during our Pre-Sale, which is going on now through October 31st.

Wristbands offer UNLIMITED turns on Roller Racers Race Track, “7 Element” Obstacle Course, Alligator Obstacle Course and 9-Hole Mini Golf. During the pre-sale, wristbands are only $10.00, a savings of 44%! The price will increase to $18.00 on the day of the event.

For tickets, during the pre-sale you can purchase a set of 40 tickets for $15.00, a savings of 25%. At the festival, they will cost $0.50 each.

SILENT AUCTION
We have some exciting items that will be available for bidding at the Silent Auction. Some of these items include:

Perhaps the most anticipated part of the Silent Auction are the Class Projects. Our dedicated Room Parents are working diligently on projects featuring hand-made or hand-decorated items from the students in each class. You will have an opportunity to bid on these beautiful items at the Silent Auction which will run from 11:00 am until approximately 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm. The exact closing time will be announced with plenty of notice so that you can be sure to get your final bids in!

If you have items to donate, please bring them to the Parent Center during the week of October 24th. All donations are deductible as permitted by law.

SPONSORSHIPS
You can help guarantee the success of our Fall Festival by sponsoring a booth or game or by hanging a personalized banner on the fence all year long. Click here for a Booth Sponsorship form or Banner Sponsorship Form, or pick up copies in the Parent Center.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
The Fall Festival is a labor-intensive event. We depend on volunteers to make sure it will be a success. If every family volunteers 1 – 2 hours on the day of the festival, everybody is guaranteed to have a fantastic time! Sign up sheets are posted outside each classroom.  Or you can fill out the Fall Festival Volunteer Form. Please sign up to do your share!

  • Stuffed Animals and Plush Toys – can be any size and should be “like new” (clean surface with no rips or holes)
